pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging
conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law; constitute or encourage
conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; or contain a virus or other harmful component,
advertising of any kind, or false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact. violates or infringes in the rights of other,

permitted by this Agreement) or engage in spamming or flooding.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

User acknowledges that content on the SPACECONSTRUCT website is generally provided by SPACECONSTRUCT, third party licensees,
and/or other Users. User acknowledges that the SPACECONSTRUCT website permits access to content that is protected by copyrights,
trademarks and other property rights ('Intellectual Property Rights'), and that these intellectual property rights are valid and protect
in all media existing now or later developed and except as is explicitly provided below. Any use of Content shall be governed by
applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. User acknowledges that SPACECONSTRUCT owns a copyright in the 'look and
feel' of the SPACECONSTRUCT website (i.e. the selection, coordination, arrangement and presentation pf Content). User may not modify
copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, display or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any of

user's computer hardware and software to access and view the content; Print one copy of each piece of content; and Make and distribute a
reasonable number of copies of content, in whole or in part, in hard copy or electronic form. Any permitted copies of content must be
reproduced in an unmodified form, including any notices contained in the content, such as Intellectual Property Right notices and any
original source attributions to the SPACECONSTRUCT website and its URL address. User acknowledges that the SPACECONSTRUCT remains
the owner of the content and that the user does not acquire any Intellectual Property Rights by downloading or printing content.
Content provided by user
User may upload Content to any Interactive Area or otherwise transmit post, publish, reproduce or distribute, on or through the
SPACECONSTRUCT website. The User may only do so with Content that is not subject to any Intellectual Property Rights or Content in

Any notices sent to a User shall first be sent to the e-mail address User provided to SPACECONSTRUCT during the registration
process. Notice shall be deemed received (a) immediately upon personal delivery, (b) 24 hours after e-mail is sent, unless the sending
Party is notified that the e-mail address is invalid or (c) 3 days after the date of mailing if sent by certified mail, postage prepaid
and return receipt requested, to the address provided to SPACECONSTRUCT during the registration process.
TERMINATION
SPACECONSTRUCT may terminate user's access to all or any part of the SPACECONSTRUCT website, with no prior notice, for conduct
that
SPACECONSTRUCT believes is a violation of this Agreement or any policies or guidelines posted by SPACECONSTRUCT, or for other
conduct which SPACECONSTRUCT believes is harmful to the SPACECONSTRUCT website or other users.
SPACECONSTRUCT may discontinue operating the SPACECONSTRUCT website. In the event of termination, the User is no longer
authorized to access the SPACECONSTRUCT website, including the Interactive Areas, and the restrictions imposed on the User with
respect to Content downloaded from the SPACECONSTRUCT website, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in
this disclaimer, shall survive.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Users are to use their best judgment in evaluating all information contained or opinions expressed on the SPACECONSTRUCT website.

transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, breakdown of equipment, software error, infringement, unauthorized access to,
or theft, destruction, alteration, or use of records.
Under no circumstances shall SPACECONSTRUCT or its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents,
contractors, or licensors, be liable to the user or any other third party for any decision made or action taken by user in reliance on the
content contained on the SPACECONSTRUCT website or the content contained within any internet site linked to or from the
SPACECONSTRUCT website. The content within the SPACECONSTRUCT website may include technical or other inaccuracies or
typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the content herein; these changes will be incorporated in new versions of the
